I truly enjoyed this absolutely great place, stayed there for 5 nights. It was fantastic, huge and where wi-fi works perfectly. The breakfast was excellent for what was on offer, with many option to choose and meats, for example. The setting of hotel was great and absolutely perfect, right near underground.

The location of the hotel was good - within a close distance from Hanover Zoo. The staff were superbly friendly and efficient and kept the place clean. The service was great, including the really nice onsite restaurant.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not particularly helpful.

Family-friendly hotel in a particularly good area short walk to Eilenriede park, bars and restaurants, and center. Exceptional service offered, a nice size room with the bathroom, new equipment, for instance. Pancakes and omelette - large and delicious breakfast. Ideal location, 10 minutes' walk to Hanover Zoo. Very early check-in, parking on site. Late check out. Really good overall experience.

Fairly clean hotel, wonderful and excellent breakfast, the location is favourable just off the Railway Station, and the city center by foot or U-Bahn. Excellent service and the food is excellent! Just keep in mind, there's parking onsite.

Really nice overall experience. Fairly clean and gorgeous accom with particularly good location just next door to the urban forest, quiet for smooth stay and a big park. Delicious breakfast with many option to choose, very pleasant food, and affable staff.

We strongly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again. The superior double room is new-fashioned and has a mini-fridge-bar, an individual safe and a sofa bed. Very polite and polite people are working there.
